General conditions / Important information for buyers.

Before making your purchase, we recommend that you read the terms and conditions. We refund 100% of your money, unconditional guarantee on every sale! We are committed to listing only the best antiques and collectibles, and to describing every flaw and detail. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns about a product.

Satisfying our customers is our priority! Please read all the information below so that you understand exactly how to do business. We hope to have many transactions with you and add you to our growing list of customers.

Payment must be received within 5 days of receiving the invoice. If payment is not received, or the buyer does not contact us within 5 days, a dispute will be opened. This dispute will close 4 days after being opened and the item will be relisted. If you have a problem, please call us and we will help you resolve it. If you do not want your item to be shipped immediately (within 24 hours), please contact us before paying!

If you need additional time to pay, if you are interested in combining shipping with other items, or if you are interested in pickup or delivery, please contact us before paying. If you have a special address where your item must be sent, it must be reflected in one of these places, otherwise we will not be able to ship it.

Shipping costs are approximate and may vary for several reasons, including changes in transport company rates or the destination country. Please consult us before buying. For items over 100 years old, we must process the export documentation with Patrimonio de España.

This will involve a fee of 5% of the value of the piece, payable by the buyer, and this process may delay shipping by up to 3 months. International buyers: please note that you may incur brokerage fees or customs duties.

The buyer is responsible for payment. Pickup is possible at our store. Standard shipments are by default uninsured; for an additional fee, insurance can be added. For fragile or expensive items, we recommend insured shipping.

If you choose uninsured shipping, the company declines all responsibility. If the buyer does not show up to receive the product, they will be responsible for the costs, shipping charges, and fees. If you buy more than one item, you may benefit from shipping discounts. International shipments require an identity number. A contact telephone number is required in case the transport company needs to contact the buyer.

We offer an unconditional money-back guarantee. If you ever have any problem, we will gladly accept the item for a full refund.

If the item was described correctly, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and the original shipping cost will not be refunded. However, if we made a mistake, we will refund the full cost, including both shipping charges. Please contact us to start the return process. After receiving the product, you have 30 days to return it if you wish. If customs charges arise on the return, the buyer will have to pay them.

No refund will be issued until the product is received in perfect condition and with its original box. Please contact us about any problem before leaving feedback! We promise we can resolve any issue to the buyer’s satisfaction. Thank you for your interest in our products!
