- Mainland France within 5 to 10 days on a pallet to the front of your home, or within 8 to 20 days inside your home (please contact us by message after purchase to let us know your choice).
Hand delivery is possible at our warehouse located in Isère (38). You have 14 days from receipt of the item(s) to return the parcel(s) to us in good condition, in their original packaging (return shipping costs are your responsibility). We will refund you as soon as we receive the item.

If, despite the care we take in packaging our items, your object arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a refund. To do so, we recommend CHECKING THE CONDITION OF THE PACKAGING OR EVEN OPENING THE PARCEL IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY PERSON upon delivery so that you can refuse it in case of damage, noting on the delivery slip: “refused, broken item, damaged parcel,” and then contacting us.
