Old black lace skirt - Belle Époque. Very beautiful antique skirt made from fine black machine-made lace of excellent quality, lined with a delicate original grey silk mousseline. The design is particularly refined: large rococo motifs inspired by the Louis XV style, rich floral bouquets, scattered small dot patterns, a wide scalloped border, and fully coordinated sides.

The transparency of the mousseline perfectly highlights the delicacy of the pattern. This piece can be kept as is or used to create an exceptional historical costume, a Belle Époque dress, or a haute couture creation. The skirt has a decorative opening on one side, consistent with its original construction.
