Some minor losses (see photos). Once the item is purchased and upon receipt of your payment, we carry out a final check of the item, then take great care in packaging it before shipping. Bulky items are shipped on a pallet at the bottom of the residence within 7 to 15 days in mainland France and 7 to 30 days in Corsica and internationally. Delivery inside the home can be arranged via a private carrier for mainland France only (the delay may be longer). Personal pickup is possible at our warehouse located in Isère (38).

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE. You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the item(s) to return the package(s) in good condition, in their original packaging (return shipping costs at your expense). We will refund you upon receipt of the item.

If, despite all the care we take in packaging our items, your item arrives damaged, you have the option to be refunded. To do this, we recommend that you CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE PACKAGING AND EVEN OPEN THE PACKAGE IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY PERSON at the time of delivery so that you can refuse it in case of damage by noting on the delivery slip "refused, item broken, package damaged," and then contact us.
