You have a period of 14 days upon receipt of the item(s) to return the package(s) in good condition, in their original packaging (return costs at your expense). We will refund you as soon as we receive the item. If, despite all the care we take in packaging our items, your object arrives damaged, you have the option to be refunded. For this, we recommend that you CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE PACKAGING OR EVEN OPEN THE PACKAGE IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY PERSON at the time of delivery so that you can refuse it in case of damage by noting on the delivery slip “refused, item broken, package damaged”, and then contact us.
