Louis XIV wardrobe in solid oak. Once the item is purchased and upon receipt of your payment, we carry out a final check of the item, then pay the utmost attention to packaging before shipping it. Bulky items are shipped on a pallet to the bottom of the residence within 7 to 15 days in mainland France and 7 to 30 days in Corsica and internationally.

Delivery inside the home can be arranged via a private carrier for mainland France only (the delay may be longer). Personal pickup is possible at our warehouse located in Isère (38). You have a period of 14 days upon receipt of the item(s) to return the package(s) in good condition, in their original packaging (return costs at your expense). We will refund you as soon as we receive the item. If, despite all the care we take in packaging our items, your object arrives damaged, you have the option to be refunded. For this, we recommend that you CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE PACKAGING OR EVEN OPEN THE PACKAGE IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY PERSON at the time of delivery so that you can refuse it in case of damage by noting on the delivery slip “refused, item broken, package damaged”, and then contact us. Bulky items are insured and we accept their return (return costs at your expense).
