Beautiful wall clock in veneer and fine wood marquetry, gray guilloché dial signed Houdin? Early 19th-century movement, Restoration style and period. Maximum height: 34cm - Base width: 23cm - Weight: 3200g. Average condition; Comes with a key (pierced) and corresponding pendulum (slightly modified at the bottom), wire to be redone/replaced, right winding mechanism broken/non-functional (the other works, the hammer strikes the bell/timbre and then stops), visible missing veneer (especially at the bottom), large chip underneath, chip on the back door and other small chips at the bottom, wear and small stains/missing areas on the dial and around it, typical surface wear from age on the wood, scratches, wear, and others... other micro-wear and typical dirt... Please examine the photos closely! The photos and description should normally suffice to clearly describe the item for sale, but I am available to answer any remaining questions if needed.
