Very fine games box in ebonized wood, with a cartouche and lines in gilded brass, and a rosewood interior with six fixed compartments and one movable compartment, containing more than a hundred ivory counters, three dice, and a score counter. The cartouche is free of any monogram. Napoleon III period, mid-19th century. This box is in good condition and the lock works. To note: light signs of use and age.
