Large Louis Philippe period fireplace mirror made of wood and gilded stucco. Very elegant model with engravings of flowers and foliage around the edges and a beaded frieze towards the interior of the mirror. Like all mirrors from this era, there are cracks in the rounded corners at the top. The glass has been replaced, as well as the backing which has been replaced with a plywood panel to lighten the overall piece.
