Once the item has been purchased and your payment has been received, we carry out a final inspection of the item, then take the utmost care in packaging before shipping it. Large items are shipped on a pallet to the ground floor of your home within 7 to 15 days in mainland France and 7 to 30 days in Corsica and internationally. Delivery inside the home can be arranged via a private carrier for mainland France only (the delay may be longer). In-person collection is possible from our warehouse located in Isère (38).

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE. You have 14 days from receipt of the item(s) to return the parcel(s) to us in good condition, in their original packaging (return shipping costs are your responsibility).

We will refund you upon receipt of the item. If, despite all the care we take in packaging our items, your object arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a refund. To do so, we recommend that you CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE PACKAGING OR EVEN OPEN THE PARCEL IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY PERSON upon delivery so that you can refuse it in the event of damage, noting on the delivery slip: “refused, broken item, damaged parcel,” and then contact us. Large items are insured, and we accept returns for them (return shipping costs are your responsibility).
