6 Charles X mahogany and leather bandeau chairs, early 19th century period

  

Superb set of 6 dining room chairs from the Restoration Charles X period in mahogany and leather. They rest on front legs in the Jacob style and saber back legs for great stability. The backrest consists of a wide curved band highlighted by molding. The seat is in black leather, the upholstery was most likely redone in the 1960s but the seat is firm and comfortable.

This is a rare set in very good condition. Delivery by carrier on a pallet in a wooden crate on the ground floor, 250 euros in France, 600 euros in the EU and 1500 euros rest of the world.
