Grand portrait of a young woman under the reign of Charles X. Maurice Mouton was a painter/watercolorist of genre and portrait born in Etuz and died in Besançon.

He was a student at the Besançon School of Painting. Signed Nancy Marion, wife of Félix and mother of Félicie. French school of the 19th century. Bold line on the side of her face less visible in reality than in the photo.
