Rare Huilier / Vinegar Cruet in Solid Silver, Empire / Restoration Period, Early 19th Century. Antique oil and vinegar stand from the Empire-Restoration period (early 19th century) in solid silver. Neoclassical-style design with refined decoration of chased palmettes, scrolls, rosettes, and a central pine cone.

Twisted ring handle at the top. Several state guarantee hallmarks from the period (profile heads) are present on the rim and receptacles. Silversmith’s hallmark not identified or worn by time. Assembly: authentic original mounting under the base with its three threaded rods and nuts. Base: 17.5 cm x 7 cm. Outer diameter of the rings: 8 cm (designed for bottles approximately 6.5 cm in diameter). Nice overall aesthetic condition and very solid structure.

To note transparently: one side of the base is slightly dented/bent, which makes the cruet stand a little unstable, but this does not affect its strength in any way. Sold alone, without crystal bottles. Please feel free to contact me for more photos or additional information.
