Light wood and gilded bronze pendulum clock / Restoration period / 19th century

  

Beautiful light wood pendulum clock with a gray guilloche dial and lovely gilded bronze fittings, modified old movement with a wire, heavy decorated pendulum. Height: 49cm - Maximum width: 26.5cm - Weight: approximately 4000g.

Fair condition; with key (the winding mechanisms work well), without bell/sound, movement appears complete (dust and signs of age), dial stained/oxidized, numerous scratches and various surface wear on the wood, wear to the color, stains... the back part of the veneered base is detached (needs to be properly reattached, like the other remaining part that leaves a small gap with the top), suspension blade slightly twisted, other micro-wear and typical dirt from age. Please carefully observe the photos! The photos and description should normally suffice to accurately describe the item for sale, but I remain available to answer any remaining questions if needed.
