Large circular mirrored tray or centerpiece in gilt bronze from the Empire period. Resting on 3 feet decorated with a satyr’s head, the tray is bordered by a double frieze of water leaves. The original mirror is mercury-backed. Original gilding is somewhat faded and stained in places.
