Once your purchase is finalized, we proceed with a final check of the item, and then we take great care in packaging it before shipping. Bulky items are shipped on a pallet to the bottom of the home within 7 to 15 days in mainland France and 7 to 30 days in Corsica and internationally. Delivery inside the home can be done via a private carrier for mainland France only (the delivery time may be longer). Personal pickup is possible at our warehouse located in Isère (38).

IMPORTANT: THE SHIPPING RATES FOR BULKY ITEMS ARE CONTINENTAL RATES (EXCLUDING ISLANDS). FOR CORSICA AND EUROPEAN ISLANDS, PLEASE CONTACT US. You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the item(s) to return the package(s) in good condition, in their original packaging (return shipping costs are your responsibility).

We will refund you upon receipt of the item. If, despite all the care we take in packaging our items, your item arrives damaged, you have the option to be refunded. For this, we recommend that you CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE PACKAGE AND EVEN OPEN THE PACKAGE IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY PERSON upon delivery so that you can refuse it in case of damage by noting on the delivery slip “refused, item broken, damaged package,” and then contact us. Bulky items are insured, and we accept returns (return shipping costs are your responsibility).
