Large items are shipped on a pallet to the bottom of the home within 7 to 15 days in mainland France and 7 to 30 days in Corsica and internationally. Delivery inside the home can be done via a private carrier for mainland France only (the timeframe may be longer).

Personal collection is possible at our warehouse located in Isère (38). IMPORTANT: THE DELIVERY RATES FOR LARGE ITEMS ARE CONTINENTAL RATES (EXCLUDING ISLANDS). FOR CORSICA AS WELL AS EUROPEAN ISLANDS, PLEASE CONTACT US. You have a period of 14 days upon receipt of the item(s) to return the parcel(s) in good condition, in their original packaging (return shipping costs at your expense).

We will refund you as soon as we receive the item. If, despite all the care we take in packaging our items, your object arrives damaged, you have the option to be refunded. To do this, we recommend that you CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE PACKAGING AND EVEN OPEN THE PACKAGE IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY PERSON at the time of delivery to be able to refuse it in case of damage by noting on the delivery slip the mention "refused, broken item, damaged package", and then contact us.
