Very beautiful painting from the Romantic era around 1830/1840 representing a portrait of a "Dreamy Young Girl". Oil on canvas mounted on a wooden panel. Beautiful mastery of the art with lovely details of jewelry and lace. No visible signature, but without a doubt, this work is by a confirmed artist. The wooden and gilded stucco frame is also from the 19th century. A superb ensemble in good condition. Total dimensions including the frame: 39 x 30 cm. Dimensions of the painting: 28 x 19 cm.
